纳米石墨对无氰电刷镀银镀层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过在电刷镀银过程中添加纳米级(50~80nm)石墨颗粒,制备了石墨颗粒均匀分散的致密银-石墨复合镀层。采用现代分析测试技术研究了纳米石墨对无氰电刷镀银镀层性能的影响。结果表明,在无氰电刷镀银层中添加纳米石墨颗粒可以增加镀层的硬度、致密性和电沉积速度等性能,同时不会影响镀层的外观形貌、电沉积行为和晶体结构。但在溶液环境中,镀层耐蚀性略有降低,表现为随着镀层中石墨含量的增加,镀层耐蚀性先下降后提高。 An environmentally friendly cyanide-free silver brush plating process was explored.A dense silvergraphite composite coating with evenly dispersed graphite particles was prepared by adding nano-graphite particles of 50-80 nm.The non-cyanide electroplating process and Ag-graphite composite coating were tested and studied by modern analysis technology.The results indicated that the addtion of nano-graphite would improve the hardness,compactness of Ag coating and enhance the electrodeposition rate.However,in the solution environment the coating corrosion resistance was slightly reduced.With the increase of graphite content in the coating the coating corrosion resistance dropped first and then increased.
