核电厂反冲洗海水管道内壁防腐蚀处理技术的应用 被引量:5

摘要 反冲洗管道内壁受海水中氯离子影响,极易发生腐蚀导致穿孔泄漏,且腐蚀位置多发生在焊接接头。本工作采用堆焊技术进行焊接工艺优化,并结合电化学钝化处理技术和锌塞牺牲阳极保护技术,对反冲洗海水管道内壁进行联合防腐蚀处理。工程应用案例表明,通过联合防腐蚀技术处理,反冲洗海水管道的使用寿命得到显著延长。 Influenced by chloride ion in seawater,the inner surface of backwashing pipeline is easy to corrode,especially in the position of welded joint.The surfacing welding technique was employed to optimize the welding procedure.Furthermore,the techniques of electrochemical passivation and zinc plug cathodic protection were used to improve the corrosion-resistance of the inner surface of backwashing seawater pipeline.Case study in engineering practice showed that the proposed combined anti-corrosion treatment technique was available and could significantly prolong the service life of backwashing seawater pipeline.
