碳钢用盐型气相缓蚀剂的缓蚀行为 被引量:4

摘要 采用固相化学反应制备了高效无毒的盐型气相缓蚀剂苯甲酸吗啉、肉桂酸油胺,并利用传统的气相防锈甄别试验、气相缓蚀能力试验和电化学试验对苯甲酸吗啉、肉桂酸油胺两种气相缓蚀剂的防锈性能进行了评价和比较。结果表明:两种气相缓蚀剂的加入,使碳钢电极的电化学阻抗增大,减缓了电化学反应;同时导致碳钢电极的自腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度下降,属于阳极作用型气相缓蚀剂,对腐蚀电化学的阴极过程也有一定的抑制作用。相对于肉桂酸油胺,苯甲酸吗啉对碳钢具有更好的缓蚀作用。 High-efficiency and non-toxic salt-type vapor phase corrosion inhibitors,morpholine benzoate and cinnamic acid oleic acid,were prepared by solid phase chemical reaction.The anti-rust performance of the two vapor phase corrosion inhibitors,benzoic acid morpholine and cinnamic acid oleic acid,was evaluated and compared by traditional vapor phase rust prevention test,vapor phase corrosion inhibition test and electrochemical test.The results show that the addition of two vapor phase inhibitors increased the electrochemical impedance of the carbon steel electrode and slowed down the electrochemical reaction.At the same time,the self-corrosion potential of the carbon steel electrode shifted positively and the corrosion current density decreased.These two corrosion inhibitors belonged to the anodic vapor phase corrosion inhibitor,which also had a certain inhibitory effect on the cathodic process of corrosion electrochemistry.Compared with cinnamate oleic acid,morpholine benzoate had better corrosion inhibition effect to carbon steel.
