摘要
采用化学成分分析,金相组织与断口形貌观察等方法分析了除尘滤袋用文丘里管在某高温气体除尘设备中的失效原因。结果表明:文丘里管在制备过程中易出现耐蚀性较差的碳化物(M23C6)和形变马氏体组织,在应力及腐蚀介质环境的作用下容易成为裂纹的萌生点,导致脆性断裂。针对这一情况,对文丘里管进行固溶处理及工艺条件的改进,使得设备运行正常,排放达到要求。
Chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure and fracture morphology observation were used to analyze the failure reasons of the venturi used in the dust filter bag in a high temperature gas dedusting equipment.The results showed that carbide(M23C6)and deformed martensite structure with poor corrosion resistance,which was easy to produce during the preparation of venturi,tended to become the crack initiation point under the action of stress and corrosive medium environment,leading to brittle fracture.In response to this situation,measures of annealing treatment of the venturi and improvement of process conditions made the equipment operate normally and the discharge met the requirements.
