摘要
通过迁移试验研究了两种醇胺类缓蚀剂在混凝土保护层中的传质行为;通过电化学测试方法研究了缓蚀剂在模拟混凝土孔隙液(2 000mg/L NaCl溶液)中对钢筋的缓蚀效果;通过模拟试验研究了缓蚀剂辅助再碱化技术对碳化钢筋混泥土结构的修复效果。结果表明:在模拟混凝土孔隙液中,缓蚀剂能有效抑制钢筋的腐蚀;外加电场对醇胺缓蚀剂的迁移扩散过程起到了促进作用;缓蚀剂辅助再碱化技术可以提高再碱化的修复效果,有效抑制钢筋混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀。
The mass transfer behavior of two alcohol amine corrosion inhibitors in concrete protective layer was studied by migration experiments.Corrosion inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitors on steel bars in simulated concrete pore liquid(2 000 mg/L NaCl solution)was studied by electrochemical testing method.The repairing effect of corrosion inhibitor auxiliary realkaliation technology on carbonized steel bar reinforced concrete structure was studied by simulation test.The results show that the corrosion inhibitors can effectively inhibit the corrosion of steel bars in simulated concrete pore solution.The impressed electric field promoted the migration and diffusion process of the alcohol amine corrosion inhibitors.The corrosion inhibitor auxiliary realkaliation technology can improve the repair effect of realkalization and effectively inhibit the corrosion of steel bars in concrete structure.
