摘要
通过静态失重法、电化学阻抗谱法、极化曲线法和扫描电镜等方法,研究了一种三氮唑双席夫碱化合物(TSB)在1mol/L HCl溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:在1mol/L HCl溶液中,TSB对N80钢具有优异的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率随TSB含量的增加而增大,随温度的升高而降低;当温度为298K,TSB浓度为2.0mmol/L时,缓蚀率可达96%;TSB为同时抑制阴极反应和阳极反应的混合型缓蚀剂,其在N80钢表面的吸附是以化学吸附为主的自发过程,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程。
The corrosion inhibition of triazole bis-Schiff base(TSB)to N80 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was investigated using static weight-loss method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that TSB had excellent inhibiting effect to N80 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution,and the inhibition efficiency increased with the concentration of TSB.With the increase of temperature,the inhibition efficiency decreased.When the concentration of TSB was 2.0 mmol/L and the temperature was 298 K,the inhibition efficiency reached 96%.TSB acted as a mixed-type inhibitor which suppressed both anodic reaction and cathodic reaction.The adsorption of TSB on the surface of N80 steel was a spontaneous process dominated by chemical adsorption,and obeyed Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation.
