某输气管道的腐蚀缺陷评价与维修决策 被引量:14

Corrosion Defect Assessment and Maintenance Decision-Making of a Gas Transmission Pipeline

摘要 针对某输气管道内检测数据中腐蚀缺陷,进行缺陷尺寸特征与环焊缝关系等统计分析。考虑组合缺陷影响、环焊缝影响、缺陷特征等因素,制定缺陷维修判定准则;结合缺陷剩余强度评价、剩余寿命预测和综合因素分析,确定缺陷维修决策,并提出管道下一次检测时间建议。结果表明:管道剩余强度评价结果显示预估维修比(ERF)最大为0.578,满足承压能力需求;存在3处缺陷需立即修复,18处缺陷需一年内修复,建议在2023年再次开展内检测。此外,建议严格控制输送介质的质量并提高清管频次和质量。 Based on in-line inspection data,a statistical analysis on relationship of defect size feature and girth weld was performed for a gas transmission pipeline.Maintenance judgement criteria were formulated by considering factors including interacting defects,girth weld influence and defects features.Maintenance decisions were made for defects by combining residual strength assessment,remaining life prediction and composite factors analysis,and the time for next inspection was proposed.It was shown that the residual strength assessment results exhibited that the maximum ERF(esmated repair factor)for corroded pipeline was 0.578 and fitted for loading capacity,but 3 defects should be fixed immediately and 18 defects shouled be repaired within one year.The suggestion was given to implement a re-inspection in 2023.Moreover,gas quality should be controlled strictly,pigging frequency and quality should be increased.
