台湾高校学生事务管理工作的发展及特色

The development and characteristic of the student affairs management in Taiwan universities

台湾高等教育在大力提高办学层次的同时,非常重视学生事务管理工作,将其视为培养卓越人才的重要途径。通过对台湾师范大学、台湾交通大学、台湾政治大学3所具有代表性的高校进行研究,简要评介台湾地区高校学生事务工作的基本情况,梳理台湾高校学生事务工作的总体特点,继而为大陆高校的学生事务工作提供新的视野与思路。

Taiwan Residents higher education improves the education level greatly,and attaches great importance to student affairs management in order to cultivate more talents.By studying the school characteristics and basic situation of college student affairs work and overall characteristics of the three universities sample of “NTNU”,Chiao Tung University and Chengchi University, this article may bring benefits to mainland basuniversities students’affairs work and provide a new vision and ideas.
