工科大学生就业关键在于培养适合社会需求的就业素质。卓越工程师计划对高校人才培养质量提出了新的更高的要求,结合A校卓越工程师培养计划实践,探索了工科学生就业素质提升的具体途径。

Developing employment quality suitable for social demand is the key to engineering students' employment. Outstanding engineers training program calls for the new and higher requirements in talents training quality in colleges and universities. Combined with national outstanding engineers training plan practice in the school A,concrete methods to promote the engineering students' comprehensive quality are explored.
