Autumn Harvest Uprising of Party Building Work

斩木为兵直接武装工农群众,编制了第一支真正的工农革命常备军;揭竿为旗公开亮出党的面目,迈出了实质性独立领导中国革命的第一步。一种以党为尊、党指挥枪的建军根本原则和制度由此落地生根,一支官兵平等、上下一致的新型人民军队由此孕育成型。以宁冈为中心的井冈山革命根据地不断巩固和扩大,极大地振奋了全国各地共产党人和革命群众的斗志信心。以农村包围城市、武装夺取政权的井冈山道路越走越宽广,逐渐领跑了中国革命前进的航向。

In order to directly arm the workers and peasants,the party prepared the first permanent revolutionary army of workers and peasants.The party’s command and control of guns system had been built.The new people’s army,which was equal in rank among officers and soldiers and consistent from top to bottom,was thus formed.As constant growth and expansion of the Jinggangshan revolutionary base,it had greatly inspired the communist and revolutionary people throughout the country.The Jinggangshan road,which encircles the cities and seizes power from the countryside,had become increasingly broad and gradually led the way forward for the Chinese revolution.
