摘要
随着网络的迅猛发展,数据信息呈指数爆炸式增长态势,大数据在各种应用领域得到了快速推广,大数据时代已经到来。通过分析大数据的特征、发展状况及其引起的时代变革,总结归纳出该时代下高校就业工作面临的新机遇与新挑战,提出一系列把握新机遇、应对新挑战的策略,让高校抢抓机遇、抢占先机、抢夺制高点,全面推动就业工作再上新台阶。
As the development of internet,the data booms,the big date are used in every fields,and the big data era is coming.This article analyzes character,development and changes of big data,points out the opportunities and challenges for us.If the colleges can hold these opportunities,they can step to a higher place.
