摘要
市场经济背景下我国高等教育发展已经从精英化过渡到大众化阶段,高等学校办学主体呈现多元化,民办高校如何实现持续生存和发展,已经成为了备受关注的问题。民办高校的内部治理需要一整套合理的激励机制来支撑,激励是维系民办高校组织生存和发展的动力。本文基于利益共同体视角,探讨了民办高校内部治理中的激励机制问题,并提出了有关不同内部利益相关者的激励对策,以期给民办高校治理带来一些启示。
China has stepped into the stage of higher education popularization under the background of market economy. The main body of colleges is diversified. How private colleges can achieve sustainable survival and development has become a concern. The internal governance of private colleges and universities needs a set of reasonable incentive mechanisms to support, and incentives are the driving force for maintaining the survival and development of private colleges. This article probed the internal incentive problem in private colleges and gave some advice on different inner stakeholders in the perspective of stakeholder community, which aimed to bring some inspiration for the governance of private colleges.
