The Development History, School Running Characteristics and Realistic Enlightenment of Singapore’s Higher Education

通过实地考察与文献调研,我们发现:新加坡高等教育发展建设虽然起步晚,但办学极具自主化和国际化。新加坡政府通过三个重要协议明确了政府与高校的责任划分,保障了自治大学的发展质量,为高校自主发展打下了良好的基础;新加坡高校国际化的发展战略推动了新加坡高校的快速发展。新加坡高校的办学特色对我国地方高校建设带来诸多的启发和借鉴。

Through the study and research in Singapore, we found that, the higher education development of Singapore is a little late, but it’s international and autonomy. The Singapore government makes the right between the government and school independently, protects the quality of college education, and laid a good foundation for the independent development of colleges. The international development strategy promotes the speed of college development of Singapore. The school running characteristics can bring inspiration and reference to our country.
