以创新创业教育培养高素质应用型人才的措施研究

The Countermeasure and Research on How to Cultivate High-quality Applied Talents with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

培养应用技术型人才是当前高等教育改革的重要战略,实现这一战略的手段之一是创新创业教育。以创新创业教育促进高素质应用型人才的培养,措施主要有四点:以灵性教育培养学生的创新意识、创新思维;加强师资队伍建设,为创新创业教育提供有力保障;优化课程体系设置,注重专业教育与实践教育的融合;改革教学方法,关注理论课堂与生产应用之间的联系。

Training applied technology talents is an important strategy of the current higher education reform. One of the means to achieve this strategy is innovation and entrepreneurship education. There are four main measures to promote the training of high quality and applied talents with innovative and entrepreneurial education: to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and creative thinking with spiritual education, to strengthen the construction of teachers, to provide a strong guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship education, to optimize the setting of curriculum system, to pay attention to the integration of professional education and practice education, and to reform the teaching. Methods pay attention to the relationship between theoretical classroom and production application.
