摘要
外聘教师分为学术型教师、技术型教师,为了较好的补充学校的师资力量,应建立一个完整的外聘教师准入机制、考核机制、激励约束机制,使得外聘教师发挥最大的潜力,更好的促进学校办学能力的提升。
There are two kinds of part time teacher,one is academy type,the other is technology type.In order to strengthen the power of teachers,we should establish the systems of admission,assessment,innovation and restraint.So the part time teachers can maximize potential,and improve the quality of running school.
