以没食子酸为起始原料 ,在无机载体试剂 K2 CO3/ Al2 O3存在下 ,丙酮为反应介质 ,与硫酸二甲酯反应 ,一步合成 3,4 ,5 -三甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯 ,并确定了最佳反应条件 ,以没食子酸 -硫酸二甲酯 - K2 CO3(1.0∶ 6 .6∶ 3.7,摩尔比 )投料、于 5 6°C反应 8～ 10 h,总收率 87.2 %。

Methyl 3,4,5 trimethoxybenzoate was prepared from gallic acid as the starting material by methylation and esteration with dimethyl sulfate in the presence of inorganic carrier agent K 2CO 3/Al 2O 3 in acetone at reflux temperature with an overall yield of 87.2%.
