超临界萃取时间对植物药油脂产率及脂肪酸质量的影响 被引量:15

摘要 采用超临界 CO2 萃取技术提取月见草油和亚麻籽油 ,收集不同时段所得的油脂 ,计算产率 ,并用 GC法测定其中的 γ-和 α-亚麻酸含量。结果表明 ,月见草籽萃取 1h内 ,亚麻籽萃取 3h内 ,油品中 α-亚麻酸的含量较高 ,质量较好 ,萃取时间可分别选 3h和 4 h。 Flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil were collected in different time by supercritical fluid CO 2 extracting technique, and their production rates were calculated, and their contents of α and γ linolenic acids were determined by GC. The results showed that the quality of α linolenic acid of the flaxseed oil was good during first three hours, and which of evening primrose oil was good in the first hour, and the extracting time may choice three hours and four hours, respectively.
