The factors affecting entrapment efficiency(EE) of EE and the methods to improve the EE were summarized. The concept of liposomes and the determination methods were narrated in brief. Among many factors affecting the EE, the property of drugs is one of the main factors, and the settlement is altered along with such characteristic.
