Signal pathways mediating neuronal survival by cytokines

摘要 除神经营养素家族外 ,多种细胞因子通过受体介导神经元存活。细胞因子主要激活PI3K AKT和Raf MEK Erk1/ Besides neurotrophins, several cytokines promote neuronal survival mainly by PI3K AKT and Raf MEK Erk1/2 signaling cascades, which result in phosphorylating pro apoptotic protein to suppress apoptosis and activating transcription factor to induce expression of neuronal survival related gene.
