摘要
在严重创伤、脓毒症等病理条件下 ,葡萄糖代谢障碍 ,脂肪成为机体能量代谢的主要来源。Lep tin是由成熟脂肪细胞分泌的激素 ,可增加能量消耗 ,防止脂肪堆积 ;解偶联蛋白在脂肪组织和骨骼肌表达丰富 ,表达升高可增加能量散失。二者均与烧伤、脓毒症导致的高能量代谢有关。本文就其性质、分布及表达的影响因素 。
In some pathologic situations, such as severe trauma and sepsis, fat begin to be the main energy sources. Leptin is produced by mature adipocytes, which promote energy consumption. Uncoupling proteins are highly expressed in fat tissues and skeleton muscle, which accelerate heat production. Both leptin and uncoupling proteins are related to hypermetabolism resulted from sepsis or burns. The present paper concerned with their characters, distribution and regulating factors, especially with peroxisome proliferator activated receptors.
