摘要
PMR-15树脂碳纤维是具有高性能的复合材料,为使其应用于航空航天等尖端技术上,表面金属化是不可缺少的,而金属化工艺的关键是前处理工序。本文提出了首先对材料表面用特殊的方法粗化,即首先机械粗化,然后化学粗化等,再化学镀铜、电镀光亮镍加厚,即可得到外观良好、结晶细致和平整的镀层,经冷热循环试验4周期,镀层无起泡和脱落现象,表明镀层结合力良好。
PMR-15 resin carbon fibre is a kind of composite material of high performance and the application of it to the advanced techniques in the field of aero-space calls for surfacial metallization which is the key link for the process.This paper suggests that machanical roughening be adopted at first,then the chemical roughening etc.followed by clectroless Cu-plating and thickening through Ni-plating and good result has been achieved.
