摘要
高速铣削技术的发展 ,在很多场合高速铣削已作为模具的终加工工序。残留高度是影响加工表面粗糙度的主要因素 ,本文在分析铣削加工过程中刀具刀刃实际扫成面的基础上 ,建立了实际刀刃扫成面的方程。通过求扫成面的交点 ,求出球头铣刀的铣削残留高度。消除了计算的原理误差 ,提高了计算精度。全面分析各有关因素对高速铣削残留高度的影响规律。
With the development of high speed milling,it has been used as a finish working procedure of mould machining.Milling remain height is main factors that affects surface roughness.The actual milling procedures and scan surface formed by cutter edges are analyzed and explained.The scan surface equations are also constructed.Through resolving the intersection of scan surface,the milling remain height of ball end tool could be calculated.The method can avoid the theory error.At last some new and useful results has been obtained.
