摘要
介绍以合成纤维长丝为原料,对其表面进行一系列的物理化学处理后,均匀地镀上一层附着力很强的金属层,使其非导体变成电的良导体,以此线芯制成新型导电纤维电缆。对该电缆线芯之导电性、镀层厚度、强度、抗弯性及可焊性进行了检测,同时利用电镜对其表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,新型导电材料性能优良,各项指标满足使用要求,可以代替铜导线在微电流范围内使用。
A new type of conductive fibre cable is introduced taking synthetic fibre as its raw materials, which is coated by a uniform layer of metal.The conductance, strength, bending capacity, weldability and the thickness of coating layer are tested respectively and the micrograph of coating layer is also observed by transmission electron microscope. the results show that the new type of conductive fibre cable performs excellently and meets the needs of users, which can take the place of copper in the range of weak current.
