摘要
根据搅拌桩制桩过程的特点和要求,开发和研制了基于MCS-5l单片机的具有双显示屏及分布式结构形式的浆量监测仪。文章重点介绍和分析了监测仪系统的工作原理及硬件、软件结构。
According to the requirements and characteristics of the process of driving piles mixing cement with soil, the apparatus for monitoring the volume of cement flow, which bases on MCS - 51, has the dual - displays and features dis-tributed construction, is developed. The paper introduces and discusses the principle, hardware configuration and software programming of the monitor system in detail.
