卷钢型氟碳树脂涂层和聚酯涂层耐紫外线性能差异探讨 被引量:3

Discussion on Difference of Ultraviolet Light Resistance Performance between Fluorocarbon Coating and Polyester Coating on Precoated Sheet Steel

摘要 试验采用人工加速老化仪 ,利用其紫外线荧光灯所产生的人工光源 ,对宝钢股份冷轧厂CM0 9机组生产的两种不同类型涂层 (氟碳树脂、聚酯树脂 )的彩色钢板产品进行模拟自然曝晒试验。试验结果表明 :照射时间对氟碳涂层的光泽、颜色、附着力影响较小 ,且不易粉化 ;而对聚酯涂层的光泽、颜色、粉化影响较大 ,特别是初期前段的失光、变色、粉化较明显 ,尤其是对较深颜色的聚酯涂层变色、粉化更明显。氟碳树脂涂层耐紫外线性能明显优于聚酯涂层。 By means of an accelerate weather tester,the natural exposure simulated test is carried for precoated sheet steel with the two kinds of coating material,fluorocarbon resin and polyesteron,on the CM09 line of the Cold Rolling Plant at Baosteel.The result shows that the effect of irradiation time on property of gloss,colour,adhesion and powdering of the fluorocarbon resin coating is not evident. However ,there is an obvious effect of irradiation time on those properties of polyester coating,especially at the initial stage and for the dark colour polyester.The ultraviolet light resistance performance of fluorocarbon resin coating is obviously superior to that of polyester coating.
