Determination of Nitrogen in Steel Using Spark Emission Spectrometry

摘要 采用ARL4460火花发射光谱仪分析钢中氮 ,研究了预燃时间、冲氩时间对钢中氮分析的影响 ,并在此基础上选择合适的分析条件 ,消除共存元素对氮分析的干扰影响 ,制作氮含量小于 1 0 0× 1 0 - 4 %的工作曲线。测试了氮分析的检测限 ,进行了精度测试 ,并且采用生产试样对照光谱仪分析氮的结果和LECOTC - 436气体仪分析氮的结果 ,实践表明这种方法是可行的。 The spark emission spectrometry of ARL 4460 is used for the determination of nitrogen in steel and the effect of time for pre spark and argon flush on the nitrogen determination is investigated.Then the suitable analysis conditions are selected,the interference of co exiting elements to the nitrogen determination is eliminated and the calibration curve is made with the content of nitrogen less than 100×10 -4 %.The detection limit of nitrogen determination and the precision are measured,and the nitrogen results which were obtained by the spark emission spectrometry and by the LECO TC 436 gas analyzer are compared.The practice shows that this method is suitable for the steel making analysis.
