摘要
特殊螺纹接头油套管应用在深井、超深井、高压气井和热采井等油田采油工况。在研究开发中 ,产品结构和使用性能是两个重要的指标。本文介绍了应用计算机仿真和全尺寸实物试验进行特殊螺纹接头油套管研究开发的方法。在计算机仿真方面 ,通过模拟不同工况 ,对特殊螺纹接头的密封面进行了结构优化 ,减少了样品加工和试验的数量 ,降低了开发费用 ;在全尺寸实物试验方面 ,模拟油田的实际工作情况 ,掌握了产品的性能 ,提出了合理的上扣扭矩。两者的结合使开发出的产品在上扣、结构和密封等的完整性方面 ,完全满足油田用户要求。
The tubing and casing of premium thread connection is applied to the deep well,superdeep well,high pressure gas well,steam injection well,etc.during the process of oil extraction in oil field.Product structure and service performance are important indices during concrete research and development.This paper introduces the method about research and development of premium thread connection tubing and casing by computer simulation and full scale testing according to the production practice.In the respect of computer simulation,sealing the face structure of premium thread connection is optimized through simulating different load conditions,thus the development cost and sample amount of processing and testing are reduced.In terms of full scale test,through simulating working condition of oil field,product performance is cleared and reasonable make up torque is put forward.Combination of the two respects makes the developed product can meet the demands of customers completely in terms of the integrity performance of making up,structure and sealing.
