摘要
粉末冶金生产过程中,产品质量的实时监控是实现高效率、自动化生产的必要途径之一。本文在模式识别与时间序列分析理论基础上,针对粉末冶金压制过程开发出生坯密度自动监测系统,为粉末冶金生产的自动监控提供了一条新的途径。
In the course of P/M production, to monitor and control the quality of product at real time isone of the necessary approaches to achieve efficient and automatic production. Basedon the theories of pattern recognition and time series analysis, aimed at P/M compaction,the automatic monitoring system for the density of green compact is designed in thispaper. It gives a new approach to monitor and control P/M production.
