摘要
为了改变车辆行驶性能测试采用五轮仪的落后状况 ,采用新一代梳状光电传感器 ,研制成非接触式车速仪。分析了该光电传感器的工作原理及信号特点 ,设计了适合处理该信号的窄带通跟踪滤波器。通过压缩带宽 ,克服了干扰 ,防止了有效信号的丢失 ,提高了精度。研制的锁相环预偏电路 ,解决了起步车速和调速的测量问题。实际测试和对比试验表明 ,采用该光电传感器及其研制的车速仪 ,测量精度高 ,使用方便 ,具有较大的推广应用价值。
The non-contact speedometer is developed by a new type comb shape photo-electricity sensor,which changes the backwardness of vehicle travel performance test by means of Five Wheel Meter.The principle and characteristic of the signal generated lay the sensor is analyzed.The narrow pass band following up filter,which fits to regulate the signal,is designed.The interference to the signal is overcome and compressing the bandwidth prevents the loss of the signal.Hence the precision is avoided .The problem of the start speed and low speed test is solved by means of the developed pre-bias circuit of the PLL(phase-locked loop).The new test and the contrast measure show that the developed non-contact speedometer with the screen photo-electricity sensor and the regulation circuit has a high precision and easy use,and possesses a large use field .The put forward following up filter technology also fits to adjust a higher frequency signal.
