摘要 本文介绍了一种获得材料各层面红外光谱的有效工具—— OMNI采样器。并以麦秸、光导纤维为例 ,研究了它们各层面的化学成分的分布 ,探讨了使用 An effective accessory to determine the infrared spectrum of samples in various layers is introduced.Using wheat straw and optical fiber as examples,the distribution of chemical composition in various layers of samples was studied by infrared spectroscopy with OMNI sampler.Some notes when using OMNI sampler were discussed.
