摘要
概述近十年来镀钴及其合金光亮剂研究进展,系统介绍了七种类型光亮剂及其镀液的特点、用途、操作条件及有关配方,还就光亮剂的选择与使用的同题提出了几点看法。
This paper relates the advance in the studies on brighteners for Co and its alloy platings in the last ten years,introduces systemmatically 7 types of brighteners and the characteristics,usage,operating conditions and related formulas of their baths,and finally puts forward some viewpoints about the selection and application of the brig- hteners.
