摘要
恒电量微扰技术是一种断电的松弛方法,测量速度快,可以不受高阻介质的影响,特别适宜于像涂装金属这样的高阻体系中应用。自制的恒电量腐蚀速度测量系统快速测定工业上常用的几种涂装体系,获得定量的结果,并能对涂膜的影响因素连续跟踪进行时效分析。
Coulostatic perturbation technology presented here is a kind of interruptive rela- xation method,which does not only have a great measuring velocity,but also can't be influenced by high resistance media,and has particular application to the high- resistance systems such as coating metals.In addition,several coating systems comm only used in industry are measured by a set of self-made determination instruments- for coulostatic corrosion rate.The quantitative results areobtained and the influent- ial factors in the ceating are traced continuously,then the aging analysis is made.
