摘要
通过对技术转让中技术的界定、技术特点及技术定价难点的分析 ,提出模拟技术转让过程中的定价实质过程 ,构建技术价格区间模型 ,从转让双方角度调整技术价格 ,缩小价格区间 。
The authors analyze the definition and characteristics of technology, the difficulties of technical price setting , and construct a model of technical price range . The model stimulates the process of price setting in practice, which reduces the price range by adjusting the technical price from the licenser and the licensee. This method offers a scientific foundation for the decision of price .
