真菌致变应性哮喘56例血清总IgE测定

A MEASUREMENT OF SERUM TOTAL IgE OF 56 CASES OF ALLERGIC ASTHMA CAUSED BY FUNGI

作者应用BP—ELIA法测定了56例真菌变应性哮喘患者和80例健康人血清总IgE,并对血清总IgE的临床诊断价值进行了讨论。结果表明,患者组血清总IgE水平明显高于健康人组。

The authors measured serum total IgE of 56 fungus allergic asthma patients and 80 healthy people by BP-ELISA method and discussed its clinical diagnostic value. The results showed that level of serum total IgE of patients was obviously higher than that of healthy people. Their difference had statistical significance.
