In the view of philosophy of human law, villager self-governance is the embodiment of reasonably separation and interaction of society and nation. Villager self-governance raises two flags of democracy and rule of law, and is the combination of directly, indirectly and entrusted enforcing right of grass-roots self-governance. Villager self-governance is restrained by economic condition.
