Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病中T细胞亚群的数量变化

CHANGES OF T CELL SUBSETS IN IMMEDIATE-TYPE HYPERSENSITIVITY DTSEASES

作者对一组Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病患者外周血T细胞亚群和血浆IgE水平进行了分析。患者组IgE水平明显升高。患者组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+各T细胞亚群数量与正常对照组相比没有明显差异。该结果与Kochmen等人的研究相一致。

The numbers of T cell subsets of PBMC and plasma IgE level of a group of patients with immediate-type hypersensitivity diseases were analysed.The results showed that the IgE level of the patients was significantly elevated and there were no differences in the humbers of CD_3^+,CD_4^+and CD_8^+Tcell subsets between patients and normal controls.The results are in accordance with the research work by Kochman et al.They found that there were no significant changes in the numbers of CD_3^+CD_4^+and CD_8^+T cell subsets in immediate-type hypersensitivity diseases,but the numbers of Leu_8^- CD_4^+and Leu_8^-CD_8^+T cell subsets grearly inereased.
