摘要
从环氧乙烷对小鼠免疫功能的影响和对环氧乙烷作业工人免疫功能检查方面进行研究。经检测染毒后小鼠的免疫器官重量、细胞免疫、体液免疫和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能表明,在1/10LC_(50)剂量水平即可引起机体细胞免疫功能下降;在1/5LC_(50)剂量水平除对细胞免疫产生抑制外,还对体液免疫产生抑制作用;在1/20LC_(50)剂量水平对免疫功能无影响。作业工人虽长期接触环氧乙烷,因车间空气中浓度较低(0.008mg/m^3),免疫指标未见改变。
The effects of ethylene oxide on the immunologic functions of mice and workers exposed to ethylene oxide were studied. According to the results of immune organ weight,cellular immunity, humoral immunity and phagocytic function of macrophagocyte of mice exposed to ethylenc oxide,we found that a dose of 1/10 LC_(50) of ethylene oxide inhibited the cellular immunity,a dose of 1/5 LC_(50) inhibited not oniy the cellular immunity but also the humoral immunity and there wore no significant changes of immunologic function at a dose of 1/20 LC_(50) in mice. Because of the low concentration of ethylene oxide in the workershop' s air (0. 088mg/m^3), the long-term exposion did not cause the workers' immunologic indexes to change.
