摘要 Survivin基因是一种新的凋亡抑制基因 ,在肿瘤形成过程中与细胞凋亡的抑制和细胞增生有关 ,早期出现于肿瘤组织细胞中 ,并成为某些肿瘤预后不良的标志。在体内和体外研究中 ,针对Survivin的反义核酸及其突变体可以诱导细胞凋亡 ,降低肿瘤生长的能力 ,增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性 ,因此该基因有可能成为肿瘤诊断和治疗的新的靶位。
