摘要 锰超氧化物歧化酶 (MnSOD)是生命所必须的 ,不同组织类型的肿瘤MnSOD活性不同。MnSOD通过非细胞毒性机制抑制肿瘤生长。肿瘤细胞内MnSOD低表达增加了肿瘤放化疗的敏感性。通过脂质体或病毒载体转染正常组织使其高表达MnSOD可增加正常组织对放化疗的抵抗作用。
