目的 采用体外膈肌起搏 (EDP)改善肺心病的肺功能。方法 4 0例肺心病分两组 : 组常规治疗组 , 组常规治疗 +体外膈肌起搏 ;治疗前后观察肺功能 ,肌红蛋白 (Mb)及肌酸磷酸激酶 (CPK)。结果 发现两组之间肺功能、肌红蛋白 (Mb)及肌酸磷酸激酶 (CPK)均有差异显著性 (P<0 .0 1) , 组疗效明显优于 组。讨论 体外膈肌起搏对肺心病肺功能、Mb及

Objective To evaluate EDP for the improvement of lung function in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods Forty patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into two groups,one group was treated with routine method,and the other group was treated with the combination of routine method and EDP.Mb?CPK?Lung function of the both groups was tested before and after the treatment.Results The results of this study showed that lung function?Mb?CPK improvement in the combination group was significantly different from that in the routine group(p<0.01;p<0.05).Conclusion EDP may have a great effect on patients with pulmonaryheart disease in the improvement of their lung function.
