支气管肺泡灌洗治疗COPD肺部感染的呼吸衰竭

Treatment of COPD lung infection caused respiratory failure using bronchoavelor lavage

目的 探讨支气管肺泡灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病 (下称 COPD)肺部感染的呼衰的价值。方法 用纤维支气管镜经气管插管或气管切开处 ,在有效监测下注入灌洗液 ,清除支气管腔内脓性分泌液 ,改善肺泡通气及换气的功能。结果 30例患者中显效 2 0例 ,缓解 6例 ,死亡 4例 ,有效率 86 .7%。结论 支气管肺泡灌洗是治疗严重肺部感染终末期肺气肿患者的一项安全、有效。

Objective Discuss the clinical value of the treatment of the Bronchoavelor lavage.Method Use fiber bronchoscope, through windpipe intubations or cut, under supervision, infuse lavage fluid, clean the heavy mucusor phlegm in the bronchia tubes. Thus to improve the function ability of the alveolar.Result In 30 cases, 20 cases with obvious effect, 6 cases with remission and 4 cases with death, effective ratio is 86.7%.Conclusion Under the supervision of the fiber bronchoaveloar, the bronchoaveloar lavage is an effective, safe and feasible treatment for severe lung infection with emphysema.
