小剂量吸入必可酮对哮喘患者的疗效观察

A study of low dose inhaled beclomethason dipropionate on treatment of asthma

目的 研究小剂量吸入激素与大剂量吸入激素对中度哮喘患者症状、肺功能改善的影响。方法 通过 4周较大剂量必可酮 (BDP) 6 0 0 mg,每日 2次治疗 ,4 7例中度哮喘患者随机分为 2组 ,包括 A组吸入 DBP30 0 mg,每日 2次 ;B组 BDP10 0 mg,每日2次 ,并加用舒弗美 2 0 0 mg口服 ,每晚 1次 ,治疗共 6个月。结果 4周大剂量基础治疗后 ,患者症状明显缓解、肺功能明显改善 ,并且在以后的治疗研究阶段患者多较稳定 ,多数无急性发作。在实验观察 4月后 ,B组舒喘灵使用次数明显低于 A组 ,比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 研究结果显示 。

Objective This study was designed to compare the effect of low dose of inhaled beclomethsone dipropinate (BDP),with inhaled high does coticosteroids alone on controlling symptoms and lung function in a moderate asthma patients.Methods After 4-week treatment with a high does of BDP(600mg bid),47 patient with moderate asthma were assigned to two treament groups.22 cases in group A were treated with inhaled BDP300mg bid,and 22 cases in group B received inhaled BDP100mg bid,plus small oral theophylline sustained release (SHUFUMEI).Both groups received He treatment for six months.Symptoms and a peak expiratory flow(PEF)diary were recorded,and pulmonary function was measured each month.Results We found that that 4-week treatment with a high BDP does remarkably reduced all asthma symptoms with pulmonary function improved and remained stadle.Moreover,symptoms were under control in all groups throughout the study period.In each treatment group majority of patients had no exacerbation,the number of exacerbation and days with exacerbation were not signficantly different between the groups B2-Agonist was less froguently used in Group B than Group A after a 4-month theophlline 4-month.Treatment(p<0.1).Conclusions This study demonstrates that high does BDP has favorable effects on moderate asthma.However a low dose of BDP is combined with theophylline more effective than a high does or asthma patients during the stable period.
