全直肠系膜切除术在Miles术中应用

The application of TME in Miles' operation

目的 :讨论、评估全直肠系膜切除术在Miles术中的优越性。方法 :回顾总结 3年中采用该技术行Miles手术 14例。结果 :所有患者均用全直肠系膜切除术 ,手术出血少 ,时间短 ,术后并发症少 ,效果好。结论 :Miles手术操作必须遵守全直肠系膜切除的原则 ,这样不仅可以达到根治效果 ,又能提高生存质量。

Objective:To discuse and evaluate the superiority of total mesorectal execision(TME) in Miles'operation. Methods:To recall and summarize 14 models who were operated Miles'operation with TME during 3 years.Results:All patients were operated Miles' operation with TME. And we find that this way have some merits, such as less bleeding,shorter time,less complication,and better effect etc.Conclusion:Miles' operation that strictly abide by principle of TME can not only get redical effect, but also improve living standard of patients.
