哒帕胺与苯那普利联用治疗高血压心功能不全

Indapamide Benazepril combined in the observation of hypertension complicated cardiac insufficiency

目的 :观察吲哒帕胺与苯那普利治疗原发性高血压合并心功能不全疗效。方法 :对原发性高血压合并心功能不全患者 2 1例进行治疗 ,4周后观察血压、心功能、心率、血脂、血糖、血电解质、肝肾功能变化。结果 :治疗 4周后观察到血压稳定下降 ,有效率 90 .5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;心功能改善 ,有效率 85 .7% (P <0 .0 1) ;心电图缺血性改变有恢复 ,副作用轻微。结论 :苯那普利和利尿剂吲哒帕胺联合使用 ,对原发性高血压合并心功能不全者有降压和改善心功能双重作用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of benazepril(lotensin)combined indapamide in 21 cases with essential hypertension complicated cardiac insufficiency.Methods: The blood pressure,heart function,heart rate,ECG,blood lipids and glucose,blood electrolytes,liver and renal function of 21cases with essential hypertension complicated cardiac insufficieny were observed before and after the treatment to compare with.Results: At the end of 4 weeks after treatment the blood pressure of these patients was decreased significantly(p<0.01).It also improved the hearrt function and ECG ischemic changes.Side effects were minimal in the observation .Conclusion: diuretic benazepril combined indapamide has dual beneficial effects on essential hypertesion complicated cardiac insufficieny.
