原发性桥脑出血5例临床及脑干听觉诱发电位观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF FIVE CASES OF PRIMARY PONTINE HEMORRHAGE AND THEIR CHANGES OF BAEP

对5例临床及 CT 确诊的原发性桥脑出血病人进行了脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的观察,结果显示双侧脑干损害,出血侧更著。并发现 BAEP 的变化与临床过程和 CT 结果相一致。提示 BAEP 对桥脑出血不仅能准确定位,而且可以作为临床症状变化及预后的观察指标。

BAEP was observed in five patients with primary pontine hemorrhage diagnosed by CT.The results showed that the hemorrhagic side had an obvious abnormality in bilateral brain- stem injury and the changes of BAEP were in keeping with the clinical course and the results of CT.It is suggested that by using BAEP the localization of pontine hemorrhage can be made and that BAEP can also be used as an observation index for the changes of clinical symptoms and prognosis.
