摘要
腹部卒中是急腹外科罕见而严重的疾病。本病的诊断较为困难 ,多数在手术或尸检时方能确诊。文献记载该病的死亡率高达 2 9%。本文对腹部卒中进行报道 ,并对其发病原因。
Abdominal apoplexy is a seldom and serious disease of emergency abdominal surgery and much difficult in diagnosis The correct diagnosis generally detetmined after operation or autopsy It is reported that the mortality of this disease is reached to 29%,The author reported 5 cases of abdominal apoplexy diagnosed during 20 years and analyzed the cause and clinical feature of this disease
