摘要
目的 探讨食管癌术中行胃食管颈部吻合术的利弊及手术治疗的效果。方法 我科自 1992年 1月~ 2 0 0 1年 11月共完成食管次全切除胃食管颈部吻合术 6 8例与同期所做的 14 2例食管弓上及弓下吻合术 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 两组残留癌、因瘘死亡及手术死亡 ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 胃食管颈部吻合术治疗食管中上段癌利多弊少 ,能降低残断癌的发生率 。
Objective To investigte the advantages and shortcomings of esophagectomy and stomach-esophagus cervical part anastomosis Methods Randomly select 68 cases of patients who received esophagectomy and stomach-esophagus cervical part anastomosis from January 1992 to November 2001 as experimental group and 142 patients who received upper esophagus arch or below esophagus arch anastomosis as conrtol group Results Two groups showed significant difference(P<0 01)in the complications such as tumor tissue retaining,died of fistula or operation Conclusion The advantages are obviously more than shortcomings in performing the operation of esophagectomy and stomach-esophagus cervical part anastomosis when suffering carcinoma of esophagus posited in middle or upper esophagus This kind of operation could reduce the incidence of complication and raise the recent efficacy of the operation
