妊娠与血尿酸水平关系的探讨

INVESTIGATION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GESTATION AND THE LEVEL OF BLOOD URIC ACID

目的 了解妊娠与血尿酸水平的关系。方法 对 98例诊断为妊娠高血压综合征、妊娠合并糖尿病和双胎等孕妇的血尿酸进行测定。以 12 0例正常单胎孕妇做对照组 ,两组均无高尿酸血症引起的痛风表现。结果 妊高症等组孕妇血尿酸值为 2 98 6± 72 2umol L ,对照组孕妇血尿酸值为 2 0 8 4± 5 7 9umol L ,两组比较P <0 0 1。另妊高症组、妊娠合并糖尿病组、双胎组血尿酸值分别为 310 6± 6 1 3umol L、30 2 8± 6 7 8umol L、2 6 1 7± 5 8 1umol L ,各组与对照组比较均P <0 0 1。结论 血尿酸值可作为妊高征。

Objective To discuss the relationship between gestation and the level of blood uric acid.Method To test blood uric acid for 98 cases with pregnancies diagnosed as pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH),gestational diabetes mellitus and twins,etc And select 120 cases of ordinary single birth pregnancies as control group Both of the two groups have no grout manifestation caused by hyperuricemia Results The blood uric acid value of pregnancies induced hypertension group is 298 6±72 2umol/L,while the value in control group is 298 4±57 9umol/L(P<0 01) Furthemore,the blood uric acid value of PLH group ,Gestational Diabetes Mellitus group and twins group are 310 6±61 3umol/L,302 8±67 8umol/L and 261 7±58 1umol/L,Compared each group with the contros group, P<0 01 Conclusion The value of blood uric acid can be considered as one of the prognostic judgment for pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) ,gestational diabetes mellitus and twins ,etc
