摘要
目的 观察中风偏瘫早期运动按摩治疗的效果。方法 我们将患者随机分为对照组和康复组 ,治疗前均进行运动功能、生活能力、并发症及过去史评价。然后两组除常规药物治疗外 ,康复组均进行早期运动按摩治疗 ,一月后两组进行疗效对比。结果 康复组治疗后患者生活能力和瘫肢运动能力有明显提高 ,治疗前后两项评定对比P <0 0 1,康复组与对照组治疗后两项评定对比 ,康复组明显优于对照组 ,P <0 0 1,说明两组差异显著。结论 以上结果说明开展脑中风早期运动按摩康复治疗优于单纯药物治疗 ,其具有广泛的实用性和明显的疗效性 。
Objective To observe the effects of the treatment with early kinesiatrics and massage in patients with stroke hemi paralysis Methods Two groups were randomly divided,e g the rehabilitation group and the control group The evaluation concerning the ability of exercise,life,complications and history was taken and compared the results after 1 month Results The ability of life and the movement of limbs of stroke hemiparalysis were significantly improved after the treatments(P<0 01) Conclusion Treatment the patients with hemiparalysis caused by stroke with early kinesiatrics and massage is better than taking medicine therapy alone This rehabilitation method is practice and effective and ought to be broadly used
