中枢神经系统少见肿瘤分析——附9例报告

Analysis of rare central nervous system tumors: a report of 9 cases

目的探讨颅内中枢神经系统少见肿瘤诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析9例颅内中枢神经系统少见肿瘤的临床资料。结果男5例,女4例。年龄13～54岁。9例肿瘤分别为鞍区畸胎瘤、上皮样血管内皮瘤、垂体细胞瘤、鞍区脉络膜囊肿、淋巴上皮瘤样癌、小脑蚓部胶质室管膜囊肿、脑干原始神经外胚层瘤各1例,鞍区胆脂瘤2例。结论颅内中枢神经系统少见肿瘤影像学表现无特殊性,多为良性肿瘤,手术原则应予以全切,以取得良好预后和生存质量。

ObjectiveTo study the diagnosis and treatment of rare central nervous system tumors.Methods9 cases of rarecentral nervous system tumors were reviewed retrospectively. ResultsOf 9 cases, 5 were male, 4 were female. The age range was13 to 54. There were 1 case of teratoma carcinoma in sellar area, Epidermoid hemangiopericytoma, Pituicytoma, Choroid cyst of sellararea, Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma, Glial ependymo cyst of cerebellum, Primitive neuroectodermal tumors of brain stem ,respectively, 2 cases of epidermoid cyst in sellar area. ConclusionsThere is no special character in image examination of rarecentral nervous system tumors. Mostly tumors is benign. The operative principle is resecting tumors totally to get the good prognosisand survival quality.
